Although the AEKW site looks very simple, it contains quite a bit of interactive features in the user interface. The following is a list of these interactive features and how to use them:

1. Search Box.  The search box in the top left corner allows you to search the website. Simply enter some keywords, and press ENTER or click the green button.
2. Language Menu. The language menu in the top right corner allows you to view the website in all 5 of the official African Union languages. Clicking on your language will bring you to the home page of that language.
3. Section Menu. The section menu located below the search box allows the user to pick a section that best suits them. For example, SchoolNet practitioners should select the 'SchoolNet Centre', and policy makers should select the 'Policy Centre'. Because of this customized "view" into the AEKW from each section, you may find that some articles and resources may be duplicated between sections. In these cases, the article or resource is relevant to both sections.
4. Path Menu. The path menu located below the section menu displays where you are in relation to the rest of the site. For example, this page is located in the SchoolNet Africa section, so it shows up as "SchoolNet Africa > How to use this Site".
5. Action Buttons. The action buttons are a group of icons located beside the path menu, under the language menu. Run your mouse over top of one to see what each action does.
