In promoting Schoolnet Africa's (SNA) vision of operation dot learn, which is aims at promoting Education through information and communication technologies (ICTs) on the continent SNA used the opportunity of an African teachers meeting at the IEARN conference in Moscow to Launch an African Teachers Net work (ATN).
