  • Who are the intended beneficiaries (immediate and ultimate)?
  • What must the project/project component produce in order to achieve the desired results?
  • What actions are needed to produce the outputs?
  • What resources are needed to carry out the actions?
  • Who will implement the project/project component (management responsibility and structure)?
  • How will the project/project component be executed?
  • What is the project/project component time-frame?
  • What external factors must be present to ensure the project/project component’s success?
  • What follow-up is required to determine the impact of the project/project component?
