Make or break solutions: sustainability of ICTs in Education
In the penultimate workshop session, Prof. Clement Dzidonou and Mathy van Buel kick-started the ubiquitous discussion on costing ICTs, this time from an African education perspective. Identifying what works and what doesn’t, the general discussions converged towards dealing with real issues which can make or break an ICTs for education programme.
